This is the Spirit of Truth.

John 7:18

Whoever speaks on their own does so to gain personal glory, but he who seeks the glory of the One who sent him is a man of truth; there is nothing false about him.

THIS IS NO SECRET:

"The Spirit of Truth, whom the World is not able to receive because it does not see Him, nor Know Him, But you know Him, for He abides with you and He will be IN you."

Jesus is speaking directly to His apostles, stating that the world is not able to receive the Spirit of Truth because the world doesn’t See {Spiritual Eyes} nor Know Him, but of His 12 Apostles, He says that the Spirit does abide by and IN them.

This verse indicates that the world and the people of the world are unable to know the things of God.

As they are Spirituality discerned.

The World can't know the Spirit of Truth.

If you disagree: please answer this question in a comment:
" Where does scripture allude to such a thing?"

How can a person who is not within the body of Christ, by Faith be Known and Indwelt by the Spirit of Truth?

They can’t.

The Spirit of Truth is the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit resides only in those who are sealed by Him according to the Fathera Will.

What is the Role Of the Spirit of Truth?

  • The Holy Spirit Convicts us of Sin
  • The Holy Spirit is responsible for giving life and breath.
  • The Holy Spirit grants the new birth, which is necessary for entering God’s kingdom.
  • John 3:5 confirms the Holy Spirit’s role in granting eternal life.
  • The Holy Spirit Baptizes with Fire

The Holy Spirit is a fundamental aspect of the Trinity.

The Holy Spirit’s attributes of omniscience, omnipresence, and omnipotence, as depicted in biblical texts such as Psalm 139:7-10, 1 Corinthians 2:11, and Isaiah 11:2;

Reinforce the Spirit’s divine nature and role as a core component of the triune Godhead.

Conviction Of Sin

The concept of conviction of sin extends beyond the mere intuition of guilt and sin and the corresponding obligation towards God, as is often erroneously inferred.
The proposition that the Spiritual and Divine can be explained through a humanist perspective is flawed and limited.
A humanist perspective is insufficient in capturing the essence and complexity of God’s Spirit. A more nuanced and comprehensive approach is required for us to understand.

Jesus said to His Disciples:

But because I have said these things to you, sorrow has filled your heart. Nevertheless, I tell you the truth: It is for your good that I am going away. For if I do not go away, the Comforter will not come to you. But if I go away, I will send him to you.
“And when he has come, he will convict the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment; of sin, because they do not believe in me; of righteousness, because I go to my Father and you see me no more; of judgment, because the ruler of this world is judged.
However, when he, the Spirit of truth, has come, he will guide you into all truth, for he will not speak on his own but will speak only what he hears. And he will show you things to come. He will glorify me, for he will take from what is mine and show it to you. All things that the Father has are mine. Therefore I say that he will take from what is mine and make it known to you. ”
John 16:6-11, 13-15

The concept of being convicted of sin depends on the Holy Spirit’s Work, which is solely responsible for making it happen. This Spiritual Gift is given to people through Divine Grace, which is received by Faith alone.

Because humans are incapable of choosing God and placing faith in Him on their own accord, and because our holy and perfect Father hates sin but loves us so much:

He sent His son to suffer and die as our payment to atone for us. We are so desperately inept that we cannot make the choice ourselves, and He Knew this, so Jesus is our propitiation, which means; our replacement. If you are able, what did Christ die for?

Many say:
"But... God throughout Scripture encourages, warns, and commands all men everywhere to repent."

Yes, He does!

All men are called to repentance, but not all men are His Children.

Scripture says:
"Many are called, few are chosen"
&
"Those who hear, let them hear."

& in Matthew 13:13 Jesus says Directly to His Apostles (not the crowds):
“It is given to you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven,
But to them it is NOT given.
"Whoever has, to him will be given, and he will have an abundance.
"But whoever does not have, from him will be taken away even what he has.
"This is why I speak to them in parables, because seeing they do not see, and hearing they do not hear, nor do they understand.
“And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Isaiah which says,
Hearing you will hear and will not understand, and seeing you will see and will not perceive. ”
Matthew 13:11-14

Christians are called to preach the Gospel of salvation to all people because we don’t know and can’t know who it is that God had ordained to be saved.
Whom He predestined to adoption in Christ is God’s business, not ours.

We won’t know who God has decreed to be born for vessels of mercy, nor can we say who are vessels of wrath that God prepared beforehand to show His great Mercy when put up in comparison to His anger.

God's ways are not our ways.

We, ultimately, can release from the attachment to control and self-righteousness when we see Him: SEEING Him as He is,
Not as we desire Him to be.
