Introduction

1. Calcination:
This first stage represents the fiery destruction of the ego and attachments.
It is about breaking down the old to pave the way for transformation.
2. Dissolution:
In this stage, the individual undergoes a process of dissolution, where emotions, beliefs, and aspects of the self are broken down and released.
3. Separation:
The separation stage involves distinguishing between what is beneficial and what is harmful or unnecessary.
It is about discerning what to keep and what to let go of in the transformation process.
4. Conjunction:
This stage is about integrating the different aspects of the self, balancing opposites, and achieving harmony within oneself.
5. Fermentation:
Fermentation symbolizes the internal process of transformation, where the individual undergoes a period of growth and development, akin to a rebirth.
6. Distillation:
Distillation represents the purification of the self, where the individual refines their essence, getting rid of impurities and negative influences.
7. Coagulation:
The final stage, coagulation, signifies the solidification and manifestation of the transformed self, representing the culmination of the alchemical process and the emergence of the enlightened individual.
